Vendor Eligibility

The platform reserves the right to verify vendor details at any time.

Product Listings

Vendors are responsible for:

Accurate product descriptions
Correct pricing and stock availability
Uploading lawful and non-misleading content
Updating product information regularly
The platform may remove listings that violate policies or applicable laws.

Pricing & Offers

Vendors are solely responsible for pricing decisions, discounts, flash offers, and promotional campaigns.
Vendors shall not manipulate prices fraudulently or engage in deceptive trade practices.
The platform reserves the right to restrict suspicious pricing activity.

Orders & Fulfillment

Vendors must process and fulfill orders within reasonable timelines.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining sufficient stock for listed products.
Repeated order cancellations or delays may result in penalties or account suspension.

Prohibited Products & Activities

Vendors shall not:

Sell illegal, counterfeit, prohibited, or restricted products
Upload offensive, misleading, or unlawful content
Violate intellectual property rights
Engage in fraudulent transactions or fake orders
Attempt to misuse platform systems or user data

Vendor Conduct

Vendors shall maintain professional conduct while interacting with customers and platform representatives. Abusive behavior, harassment, or misuse of the platform may lead to permanent account suspension.

Payments & Commissions

Vendor payouts shall be processed according to platform policies.
Applicable commissions, service charges, taxes, or deductions may be applied.
The platform is not responsible for payment delays caused by banks or third-party payment gateways.

Taxes & Legal Compliance

Vendors are solely responsible for:

GST compliance
Invoicing requirements
Tax filings
Compliance with applicable Indian laws and regulations

Data & Privacy

Vendors shall not misuse customer information obtained through the platform.
Customer data may only be used for order fulfillment and service-related communication.

Suspension & Termination

The platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate vendor accounts for:

Policy violations
Fraudulent activity
Customer complaints
Legal or regulatory concerns

Limitation of Liability

The platform shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits or business
Customer disputes
Delivery failures
Technical interruptions
Actions of third-party service providers
Vendors use the platform at their own risk.

Modification of Terms
